A native of the Rio Grande Valley, he was born and raised in Mission, Texas, received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin and his Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University School of Law. Attorney Peña established his solo practice in 2005, after several years of handling personal injury, family law and criminal law matters in the Hidalgo County area.
